Good bike we enjoy it every day
I got this bike for my son's birthday one week later he broke the throttle I contacted the seller . He replied so quick and sent me a new throttle I told him I broke it he didn't even charge me for it I said I'll pay he said no that's OK honestly just want to say thank you for the great customer service and my son said thank you for fixing his bike amazing guy to deal with for sure and the bike is very nice I ride it my son and my daughter does we love it 🫡😊

Wow. What a great ebike and experience. I will preface that I automatically assume I will not receive any customer service these days, unfortunately. This was not the case with this purchase.I had issues with the washers. The installation video and the paper directions did not match what I had.I reached out to GUGOIS-US, and they were on it! I immediately got replies, and they were actually real-time help. They sent me new videos and instructions, which I was able to complete with no issues. Wow, what a breath of fresh air in today's climate!Oh, btw, the bike rocks too. Buy it!!

Great bike
Super easy to put together simple instruction manual. Great steering brakes are doing lovely. Battery lasts a super long time and easy to charge..love that there is 2 sets of keys.

This e-bike is amazing exceeded my expectations plus some! I recommend to all my friends and a couple actually baught one and loved them !

Do Not Purchase! No support! Won’t change modes.
Do not buy this. The instructions are horrid and the bike will not change modes at all. The display does nothing and the instructions do not tell you how to change the modes. There is a small section that changes it from the default setting but nothing on the display indicates if that occurred or not. This is a scam. Look elsewhere.

The parts are either too tight or too loose. The seller accommodated my issues fast.

Decent bike for the price.
The bike is worth the money, however finding replacement parts is very hard, after a few weeks the throttle cable broke and unable to find replacement. Will give 4 stars based on bike does live up to the speed and battery life. Very easy to assemble and has good comfort for longer rides.
