THESE ARE AMAZING! 2oz in 2 hours!
I put these on immediately (well, washed first, of course) in a bra with an underwire because I was afraid they'd fall out.No need to fear that at all, and I got over an ounce from each side in two hours JUST FROM MY MILK LETTING DOWN! That's a full feeding for my lil' guy right now. I can't imagine how helpful these will be once I go back to work. The cover (shield portion) is rigid plastic, but the back that goes against your breast to encompass your nipple is soft and flexible, so it doesn't hurt in the least. The silicone molds to your breast shape, so as long as you have a good-fitting bra you don't have to worry about leaks unless you overflow the top or bend over! Advice: Don't bend over! They DO have a slit at the top for venting/easy emptying, so they won't be good at night unless you sleep on an incline and do NOT move/toss-n-turn when you sleep. You may also have to get up to empty them at night if you wear them to bed. They may leak when you sleep, but they are definitely intended only for when you're awake, so not a deal-breaker.Keeps all friction and pressure off your nipples. So if you're cracked and sore from a baby with an aggressive/poor latch, thrush, or mastitis, these help SO much. Nothing like having a rough shirt/bra/nursing pad chafing your poor chomped on nipples to make you frustrated and cranky.I can't WAIT to see how much more milk I save with these. And they are less expensive than other options on Amazon, plus they come in a 4-pack?? A pair to wear and one to spare!Heck yeah, get these, Mama!*I* may just get a second set so I can rotate them out!Just remember, empty them every 2-3 hours or so or the milk in the collection shells will start to sour!

Saves EVERY drop of that liquid GOLD
The media could not be loaded. I was looking for something that would help me collect milk from my leaky boob through out the day and found this awesome contraption. I wish they had these around when I had my first son. I use them in my bra and they are not noticeable at bare sight unless someone actually feels your boob. And who is gonna do that...lol. Anyways, I use it as I nurse my baby as well. One boob latched with baby and the other with this cup. It has an easy pour spout hole on top of the cup. But seals well around nipple and aereola to save every drop. The back part is soft silicone. I reccommend this awesome milk saver. Every mama should have them. Saves $ on looking for alternative supply milk. Great for making baby a milk bank. Buy it you won't regret it! Mama approved.*Side note: Always make sure the opening of the cup is up to the top to avoid spilling out what you just collected. No biggie. Just commonsense. :) These are awesome.

Alternative to Breast Pads
Good product. I bought these thinking these would be better than having breast pads for the bra. And all I would have to do is check on a regular basis is to see if the cups were filling up from leakage, which wasn't a bad idea for a little while. They were also good when I had to nurse/pump on one side and the cup placed on the other side could catch whatever leaked out and I would have no wasted milk, Yay! On occasions I was happy that I wasn't wasting away milk but eventually it was just very little that was leaking out and there was no real point to trying to save a half oz. As I producing a good amount to feed my baby. The issues I came across and read from previous reviews, is when wearing them you CANNOT bend over otherwise any milk in the cups would leak out into your bra. They are also definitely not intended for when you're sleeping (never experienced it, just know) they will not keep the leakage inside the cups if you're laying down - kind of goes with what I just stating you cannot bend over, otherwise goodbye milk. If you have to grab something that would require bending over, don't lean forward, try and keep your back/torso straight as possible. Also later on I begin to have irritation with these when I got warm, the silicone just became a little uncomfortable against the skin. Also if you happen to become encouraged while wearing these, its can be a little uncomfortable. Would Recommend these cups as a good alternative and if you have more leakage than I do. Definitely something worth to try if you haven't. I know I will be using them again on my next pregnancy despite my issues. Did love that it came with four cups, so when a set was in the wash you have a spare (easy to clean as well and the silicone "covers" snap right back on even after multiple uses). *I always hand-washed mine, so do not know how well they handle in a dishwasher.

For Moms Who Leak A Lot!
I used the milk savors to capture milk during lactation! I don’t know that I would recommend these to just any lactating mom. I remember being super excited when I heard about these - but that’s because with my first born, I leaked constantly no matter how much I pumped. With my second, I produce a heartwarming amount of milk, but I do not leak as excessively as I did with my first. I think it’s all about knowing your body and your situation to determine if these are right for you. If you leak A LOT and you have times where you can’t stop what you are doing to pump, these would be good to have. I don’t like that there’s a slit in the top though. It’s easy to forget that you’re wearing them (they’re not very noticeable) until you bend down and all that milk just trickles down you and your clothes! (Ugh!)
