This is a great, affordable journal!
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this notebook in December of 2023 and have used it just about daily in 2024, so about 10 months of use now!It has held up so well and it looks like I'm going to be able to fit the full year in this journal and switch to a new one for 2025.The paper thickness is great, nothing really bleeds through except the occasional sharpie. The cover design and color has remained gorgeous, although the gold on the page edges has faded but I think that's normal. It's the perfect size and the fabric texture is very satisfying. The only tiny downsides are that I think the spine has detached over the last year, and the more expensive versions have more pages than this one.Overall 10/10 notebook and while I considered the name brand version for 2025, ultimately I'm going with another one of these because you can't beat the quality for the price!

New favorite journal!!
My only very mild gripe with this item is that I ordered the green journal specifically because it was the only one that had the cute little cat and dog clips - and I didn't get those. But the journal itself is perfect, the pages are thick enough that I don't have any ghosting or bleed through with my Tombow markers and I can erase and not worry about the pages tearing. I like the cloth front too, it looks chic.

(Update) Bad Changes
The seller reached out to me about the edges and said that they would add back some journals next time with blank edges. I think it's really cool that suggestion is being taken into consideration, as well as matching the edges with the designs on the journals. My opinions were just that -- opinions -- but I have been a long time customer and do want to have future version of this journal to continue using, so it's nice to have my suggestions/thoughts taken seriously. I will definitely be buying more journals in the future as the styles update and change to include more designs that I'll hopefully love.I hope that the journal designs to continue to grow and become more numerous. I've really loved these journals for the last few years, and I hope the quality continues to be the same with the current new designs/prints. I've had no issues with the previous journals I've used the last few years. They don't bleed through, the binding is never an issue, and they've always been really cute. I'm happy that the designs will include some blank edges in the future so that I'll have options I love again.----------I’ve been using these journals the past few years for my yearly bullet journals, and I’ve loved them! However, they recently made changes to the journal. First, they gilded the edges, which just looks tacky and cheap. I bought one to see how it looks in person (hopefully less noticeable) and it still doesn’t look great. Silver edges don’t match every cover or design color. It doesn’t look great. The paper itself feels slightly smoother, where I wonder if the ink will take the same way. I got the oak leaf one this year (I’ve had genko, archer, and the wheat/beige one). The oak leaf color is very yellow, more so than it looks in the description. It’s more yellow than a neutral-like brownish color. I was really hoping it would lean more brown/beige than yellow.I hope they get rid of the silver edges eventually. It makes it look cheaper than fancy. I don’t think it was a good change. I’m not sure if I’ll be ordering from them again, or if I will use the one I just got as my 2025 journal.

This is a great journal under $20
The paper is nice and buttery smooth, and the dots are printed clearly, cleanly and squarely. The journal lays flat due to the sewn signature binding*. I love the colour and feel of the cover and the designs are cute without being overwhelming. The book is a little thicker than the Leuchtturm1917, or a Moleskine (both of which I have used in the past,) which is to be expected with the thicker paper. The two bookmarks are different colours, the expandable pocket opens easily as the material for the expanding is not paper, but what appears to be very stiff nylon ribbon (it's shiny too, I like that, not sure why.) This journal also comes with a pen loop sewn to the back cover, and adhesive tabs - 6 large and 12 small.(*There is one small issue with this.)For what it is on it's own - this is a fantastic journal for under $20 and well worth the purchase. If you're looking for a journal for the first time, this one is an excellent buy and I encourage you to give it a shot. When compared to previous journals I have used - this journal is more than worth the money as it has exactly what I want, without any of the things I do not use, right now. I started with Moleskines and moved to Leuchtturm1917s primarily for the paper thickness, to combat ghosting. The latter is not much better than the former and they are about the same price. I went in search of something with thicker paper and was having a hard time swallowing the cost of an Archer and Olive or a Scribbles That Matter just to see if it accomplishes what I want without sacrificing the parts that are important to me (dot grid that is clear and straight, the pocket, the bookmarks, and the hardcover.) There is an added bonus of a pen loop already sewn in so I don't have to add one myself and no forcing the index for my journal to the front of the book. The ONLY thing that prevents this from being a four star review is the glue in the binding to secure the signatures. the last page and first page of each signature of this journal are stuck together, as are occasionally the center page of each signature. How much is inconsistent through the book, but at least 3 of the ten have glue from the center to past the first row of dots in the grid. Because the paper is so thick they can be separated without much worry of tearing pages to the point where they aren't really usable, but it also means that the dots and top layer of the paper from one page go with the glue to the other page. It's not a huge thing, but it is somewhat obnoxious. That and the fact that I will have to go through and separate all the stuck together pages so the book lays flat at those pages and the pages after.

Simple, high quality notebook
This is a very lovely notebook! The paper is high quality, thick, and very smooth. The printed bullets are neither too dark nor too light. The bound leather (or faux leather?) cover is very soft and smooth and doesn't get damaged too easily by other items in my backpack. I quite like that it has a band to keep it closed and a silk bookmark to keep my place. I haven't used the pen-holder much, but it handy to have there on occasion! Overall, a clear purchase recommendation!

Endlich ein gutes bullet journal!
Angenehmes Schreibgefühl, schönes Papier. Kein Verwischen, kein Durchbluten. Leichte, nicht zu markante Punkte. Nach langem Suchen habe ich endlich ein gutes Notizbuch für mein bullet journal gefunden.

Beautiful Bullet Journal
Beautiful journal, lovely texture to the external and the paper quality is amazing. Bonus, the bullet journal even came with some beautiful stickers and some brush pens. This was very exciting as I’ve been wanting to try brush pens for a while. I’m super pleased with the journal and can’t wait to start using it.Potential only downside is the dots are a darker colour to my other journals so they may be more visible in designs but it’s really not the end of world :)
