Works very well but make sure you eat and also don't take more than 1 unless absolutely need to . May want to limit caffeine as well but they work very well

I must have had bad luck or something, I mixed two of these together, took two and it gave me straight diarrhea. Buyer beware, I guess. The energy only lasts an hour or two when taken on an empty stomach. It's not worth it.

This lil pill helps me feel energized but I avoid the jitters by eating something lite about 10 min after ingesting it. I only take 1 pill because I don’t think I could handle the jittery effect of two pills. The energy level is not super powerful where it gets me to the gym for intense workout but it does help me be productive at work. I take a second pill after my lunch (at least 5-6 hours between morning pill) and it helps me get through the second half of the day. I did not loose weight but it did keep me from feeling hungry in between meals.
