The video quality is clear with a big display, the connection is always stable, and it gives us peace of mind being able to check our little one easily. Setup was simple, and the parent unit is very user-friendly! Grandma is a pro! What really stood out was HelloBaby’s customer service. El audio hacia la habitación del niño no se oye. Se ha comunicado a la empresa fuera de la plataforma de Amazon y me dicen que no puede estar mal porque prueban todos sus aparatos. Entonces debe ser que la calidad de ese sonido es muy mala, una pena porque por lo demás está bien.
