Good product, stopped me biting my tongue in my sleep.

I have 2 comments to make. Firstly, these went missing in the post. As soon as I notified the vendor replacements were with me in less than 24 hours. Consequently, I can rate the seller's customer service as excellent and I would have no difficulty in purchasing from them again. Secondly, and unfortunately, I could not get on with the product - hence the mediocre rating. These guards cover both upper and lower teeth and are quite bulky. I persisted in trying to get a good fit, following the advice online, and that provided by other purchasers, even checking youtube for guidance, but ultimately was unsuccessful. Maybe it's the shape of my mouth, but I found that a good fit for the top teeth made it uncomfortable for the bottom teeth - particularly the lower gums at the front. I have now ordered a guard for the top teeth only from a different vendor and hope that this will be more satisfactory.

Bought these to help with night-clenching issues. The process of moulding them to your mouth is easy enough, but after only one night they had changed the shape of my jaw line and led to greater discomfort the next day until my jaw slowly reset. I tried another night to be sure, which confirmed they were having a bad effect on me. The other issue is with sensitive teeth, as these will rub and squeak against them making it quite unbearable after a short while.

Ordered this and it was delivered promptly well packaged and as described--however buyers should be aware that when fitted in the mouth it is not that comfortable although I followed the instructions to use hot water etc to soften it n fit it.I shall persevere but I think your dentist advice may be more appropriate b4 purchase---Good luck

Do not like it at all!! Waste of money doesn't fit in my mouth and definitely didn't stop me snorning. Do not buy

Thought I would buy these after the reviews and save money buying the similar items from boots. Wish I hadn't. The boots ones do actually stay firm to your teeth once moulded. These don't no matter how hard you try as soon as they cool they are loose in your mouth. So grind your teeth or potentially choke. I'll stick with boots and stop my grinding. Now in the bin.

Arrive ok, well packed.Takes time to get used to this item.
