CHARGING NOT WORKING
PIURCHASED RECENTLY: ONE SIDE OF THE EAR BUD HAS STOPPED CHARGING UP SO THEY ARE USELESS: I HAVE TRIED CLEANING THE CONNECTIONS BUT IT HAS NOT WORKED. I CAN NOT CONTACT SONY AND ASK TO GET THEM REPLACED
