Malfunctioning after few days, lock is not working properly. Need a replacement and no one answering

This smart lock works like a charm. The door selected by my constructor did not even have a handle, so I could not exit the house without the keys as you could only open the door by turning the key, so the risk of being stuck outside was huge. With this smart lock it solved my problem but is actually so useful to have multiple ways to open the door (badge, fingerprint, code, etc.) but also that you can open remotely via the app (which is not bad at all and very user friendly) but also set temporary access codes.Definitely happy with the puchase!

The lock is working fine but m disappointed that it doesn’t have the finger print option. We don’t want to enter the code as an owner, thought we can do the finger print. But it doesn’t have that option

All the competitors charge at least AED 1,000 more! So I got suspicious. Then I saw there is a 3 years warranty if I call for it to be installed. So I bought and call. The installation was free!I have been using it for 2 months now. one word: Fantastic. The installation was perfect. Very good product! Thumb print/ code/ internet/ etc via the app. Exactly what I needed. No point spending more.

Do not buy any Ezviz products in india. Official support has ended and these third party support is pathetic. Lock isn't working properly from 1 month and they charge for everything including warranty claims. Better buy qubo or other brand locks that have manufacturer warranty support free of cost.
