Never got warm
I got this for my son's graduation. Unfortunately, it was never heated, so we had cold cheese during the event. This was quite disheartening.

Get what you pay for
The warmer is good. The pump is not. Tried it with hot fudge and you need to an Iron man to pump the product. The pump is more suited for dispensing product like ketchup or mustard not hot fudge or caramel. The old saying “you get what you pay for “ stands true. We ended up buying a used Star brand warmer/pump off eBay for the same price and it has no problem getting the job done!

Great Hot Butter Dispenser
we use as a hot butter dispenser for freshly popped popcorn. Keeps the butter warm and melted without the outside of the dispenser getting too hot
