Unsteady foot rest and back rest defect makes not holding up to aesthetic standards . Not easy to assemble and when I reached out to customer support they requested I dissemble and package this item to return - item is very heavy and not easy to assemble and dissemble NOT WORTH The MONEY

I thought this chair was just what I needed in my home salon (used for my daughters). Unfortunately, after sitting in it for 30 minutes, my legs hurt. I though it was just me, but my sister came over to do our mother's hair, she tried the chair, her back hurt. Now, I thought this chair was supposed to save you from aches and pains you would normally experience while standing, but it did not. My sister suggested sitting in it backwards and while that was somewhat comfy, I don't see myself using it but for a limited amount of time. It was easy to assemble and it's made well, but I don't know why it's uncomfortable to me.

Really the only issue I had with this chair was the packaging - when it arrived, parts of the chair were poking through the box. Clearly, more needs to be done in the shipping end of things. Comfort is pretty good, I wouldn't call it stellar, but it's ok to sit on for an hour or so before it's time to stretch. The leg rest is a nice touch, and I love that it's adjustable, and the chrome legs are SO easy to clean, just a quick wipe-down. I have to admit, though, I really wish at least 2 or 3 legs were the locking variety. I might have to swap out the casters for something with locks. Overall, it's not a bad chair. 4 stars.
