Get it, better price than hardware stores
Excellent!!! We put it in our upstairs bathroom that was dark, no windows and you always had to turn on a light to see. Now, during the day, I have to check to see if we left a light on. Doesn’t produce extra heat into tge room during the summer months. Nor cool during the winter months. We love it. Tge light does not interfere with the bedrooms, does not wak you up, because there are walls btw bedroom and bathroom

For me it replaced the hole in my roof.
It worked great for the place I put it. I removed a wood burning fireplace which left a hole in the roof. The sun tube fix perfectly. And it brought a lot of light to the area.

Ordered this Velux sun tunnel to replace an earlier model that had lasted for 26 years without any leaks or cracks. This one seems just as durable.

My sun tunnels really brighten my bathroom and laundry room where there were no windows. The really “light up my life”. I love them. They are a great value..

Better quality than big box store
This one is the same model as HD but better quality. Flashing is metal as opposed to plastic. Ceiling lens a more finished look too.

I see the light
During my roof install I had roofer cut the hole, I only had 15” from interior ceiling to roof. No crawl space. Make sure you measure exactly how long tube needs to be, I thought I did but had to rig /cut the elbow and slide it over the tube since it was short 1”

Very low quality & weak customer service
This was a truly disappointing experience. The quality was low, and when we returned the item after some time, we were not refunded the full amount. Instead, they deducted nearly $100 from our refund, which was very disappointing.
