I've read a lot about NAD+ and it's benefits, so I'm giving them a try. These are as good as any I've tried in the past. Compared to other similar supplements the cost is actually pretty good as it's a 40 day supply vs 30 and the cost is in the ballpark or lower than others. I will say I prefer gummy versions, but I really can't argue with the price factor as these are significantly less $ than the gummy versions I have tried. These are not super easy to swallow, but I also have some problems with capsules and tablets in that regard. I haven't noticed much change to my skin, but I also stay out of the sun and try to keep it healthy in other ways too. These do seem to help my body have energy when I eat, which is a nice, as I've gotten older it seems like eating just makes me sleepy, no matter how healthy the food. When I take these consistently I have noticed I feel like I have more energy after eating a healthy meal.

Worthwhile longevity supplement. Liposomal encapsulation can be worthwhile for these ingredients.

I ordered 10 bottles of NAD, But only received 9 bottles. Replace the missing bottle please.
