Very good kitchen tap easy ish to fit as there is a weight that is under the sink to allow for the retrieval if expanded out, works brilliantly and feels a quality item.

I must say I really like this tap. Not only does it look nice but because of its height it is unlikely to get knocked and chipped by pots and pans like our previous taps. I was concerned that the spray head is plastic which might be more easily damaged than the rest of the metal section but I am assured by other owners that this is not the case. The spray head has a rocker switch which is used to change from normal water flow to spray. I have found that to change from spray back to normal flow the rocker switch has to be pushed in very hard or water drips down from the spray holes. Overall I am very pleased with this tap.

looks good, value for money and sturdy. but the switch between spray/flow mode does not isolate each mode completely. you got a bit of spray when you are in flow mode and vice versa.

Having tried a number of kitchen taps which just soaked the whole sink top when switched on, we thought to try this brand. We are so glad we did, the plumber didn't have any problems fixing it in place and the difference against all the other taps is fantastic, lovely ordinary water flow and brilliant spray flow, the tap also looks very impressive, now our sink top is lovely and dry. We are so pleased with this tap and will be recommending it to everyone.

Nice tap. Difficulty installing as pully for pull out nozzle under sink kept getting stuck against pipe work so I had to wedge pipes back. Low hot water pressure is my main groan as not being made in UK, the outlet for hot water is smaller than if UK made. Cold water is great and being a spray saves water. Good looking tap and easy to clean.

After alot of looking around we finally found this tap. Some taps in this style are so expensive. I can honestly say this is fantastic, added bonus that it is reasonably priced. When we did finally fit it the spray fuction was not working but the customer services I recieved in getting a replacement spray head was fantastic. It arrived after 3 weeks (it did have to come all the way from China) now my tap is in full working order and I love it. Highly recommend

Easy to install, box had everything needed and looks good. The only worry is the sturdiness of the end connection where you can pull the tap out on the hose - it doesn't click back in very well. It is a good price though and mixer/control is very good.

So disappointed with this tap. Water pressure since fitting it is woeful. Also, the water temps do not mix apart from one position (and you have to be really lucky/patient to find that) and even then it just provides luke warm water. Really wish that I had read the reviews fully as quite a few have mentioned the lack of pressure. We have tried to bear with it but the whole family hate it so looks like a replacement is imminent.
