A brilliant and innovative solution to store your boots and maximize closet space
I have a lot of boots (love them!) and I've been looking for something to organize them for a very long time and didn't like anything, but when I saw the Boot Butler it looked like a perfect solution for me. It was super easy to put together, it took me no more than 15 minutes to unpack, assemble and hang my boots. In the section of my closet where I wanted to hang it the rod is positioned very low so I didn't have enough height to hang it as a single column, so I split it in two units next to each other - 3 boots and 2 boots. It looks very neat and organized. Since the boots are angled (brilliant idea!) it doesnโt take any more depth than if you were to hang a garment in that space. The quality is excellent (and I tend to look at all the little things most people wonโt even notice); I was amazed how all the plastic parts perfectly align and effortlessly snap together. I know it's not easy to manufacture something like that and I can tell its good quality plastic that won't easily break. I am very happy that I came across this product, I love it.

Love, love
Love, love, love my Boot Butler!!! Before my I got my Boot Butler, I kept all my boots in their closed boxes or standing up on the floor in different locations to protect them therefore, matching the pair I wanted to wear with specific outfits was a time consuming chore. So, I went on a mission and did some research. I read product and customer reviews and decided I did not want a stand that would sit on the floor and fall over. I did not want clips scratching and denting the leather and stitching on my boots. I wanted something that had easy access, displayed my gorgeous boots without damaging them, and took up little space. Then, wallah, I found the Boot Butler. The reviews were awesome and the price was right so I thought I would order one and see how it worked. A few days later, my Boot Butler arrived in small box and my first thought was, โOh my, gotta put this thing togetherโ. It actually turned out fun putting it together. My grandmother and I worked the puzzle together and I must say, we were both in awe on how cool this invention is. I still put my dust covers over each pair but at least now, I can hang my expensive boots in one location, have them on display, and have easy access to them anytime. A few days later, I received a kind email from the gentleman who created the Boot Butler and I must say, I was impressed with his customer service. It's not every day that the actual owner/inventor of a product contacts you to make sure you are satisfied. The price of the Boot Butler is minimal and worth the money when it comes to my expensive, beautiful boots. If you want to protect your boots, want a space saver option, and want easy access to them, this is the best system! Love, love, love my Boot Butler.

BOOT BUTLER is AWESOME DURABLE - A TRUE QUALITY PRODUCT - DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS
HELLO ORGANIZER! This is my second review on Amazon. When I first saw this I thought the price was a bit expensive for a boot organizer. I got it right on time in a very nice box. I took all the parts out and had it put together in less then 10 minutes. I was a bit silly as I could only figure out how to put the first 4 on.. The 5 one goes on top of the top hook, I was a bit confused at first but figured it out. YES BUY THIS and SPEND THE MONEY to FEEL ORGANIZED. We forget how expensive our boots are and this BOOT BUTLER IS AWESOME! It does NOT take up space in your closet it is a big as a bulky winter coat. My boots are HAPPY! They slide right on and have their own happy home now. It is a bit difficult for thigh high boots but I did slide one pair on there a bunched it up a bit. I have heavy duty boots on it as well as cowboy boots. The only hard choice was which 5 boots got to be starred to be famous enough to get on the Boot Butler. I chose carefully lol! I then looked at my NEAT ORGANIZED FLOOR and saw all the other boots sad they wanted a nice new home too....soooooo YEP I BOUGHT A SECOND BOOT BUTLER! Who knows with all this organization I might just get a third one. It worth Every penny! SASSY BOOTS, COWBOY BOOTS, WINTER BOOTS ..... All fit nicely on my Boot Butler. I found out a man invented this ..He must have been tired of tripping over boots.. would love to hear that story. Thank you for helping me clean up my life with this product. I might be a bit lego challenged but the directions could be a bit clearer. Not complaining it was fun for me to figure it out! I like how it does not take up too much space in your closet. I have a utility closet it the garage in which I will get another boot butler for outside boots. INVEST IN ORGANIZATION. When you house is CLEAN you FEEL GOOD!

A boon for the boot-a-holic
I'll confess it: I, Jeddy 3, am a boot-a-holic. And my boots had become unmanageable. And worse, they were getting creased from being thrown into a dusty pile. Saddest of all, the disorganized pile they were in made it hard to see my whole collection, so some of my precious boots were left dusty, crumpled, and unworn for months at a time. The Boot Butler is a ridiculously overpriced, but very effective solution to all of the above problems. I'll give you the bad parts first: * Way too expensive for a bunch of plastic and bent chromed steel. * Fairly deep, so if your closet is very shallow -- say, one of those that barely accommodates a coat's shoulders -- this will be a very tight squeeze * Not attractive to look at once deployed. The photo shows it shaft-side-out, but I had to place mine sole-side-out. It doesn't look good either way, so it's best hidden behind a closet door. * If your closet rod is too low, you won't be able to use all of the hangers. My closet is 62" (5' 2") from the top of the rod to the floor, and I could only use 4 of the hangers. * The $69 I spent on this is $69 less I have to spend on boots :( Now, the good parts: * For plastic and bent steel rods, this thing is quite well made and high quality. It seems very sturdy. * It's pretty easy and intuitive to assemble. The whole process, from opening the box to hanging it up, took me about 10 min. * It keeps boots from flopping and creasing. I had been trying to use boot trees, but the general disorganization/piling up made it hard to keep most of my boots well supported. * It keeps my boots (4 of them, at least) visible and accessible, so I know they're there when I go to choose my wardrobe in the morning. So there you have it. Worth the money? Well, that's a pretty penny to store 4 pairs of boots (or 5, if your closet rod is high enough). For me, it was worth it. 'Cause now that I have some of my boots safely off the floor... I can justify buying more boots. ;^)

Perfect solution!
********* EDIT: Andy, the Owner of Boot Butler, went to extraordinary lengths to contact me (Amazon doesn't make it easy apparently) and let me know that I should have received 4 hangers/ladders and offered to send them to me. Mistakes happen and I truly appreciate the effort to make it right. That said, I've updated to 5 stars because the product is high quality and perfect for boot storage. ********* I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned in other reviews! I was really looking forward to being able to store my boots this way, but am SUPER DISAPPOINTED. I feel so mislead, I can't give more than 2 stars. If I was able to use this as intended, it would probably be worthy of 5 stars but I can't. In the pictures where you see 5 high.... you'll also notice there are 4 hangers in use. They only send TWO. One of the pics even says "NO additional parts required" but that's not true if you want to use this as intended.... TO SAVE SPACE by stacking 5 high - 1 wide. Not possible. It's 3 wide! For the high cost we pay, those two extra hangers should absolutely be included, or it should be noted that its not possible without extra parts. Super disappointed.

THIS is the one to buy!
My wife gave me a pair of snakeskin boots, and I wasn't about to let them get lost in the jumble of shoes and junk on the floor of my closet. So I searched around for a better solution that wouldn't require me to clear everything ELSE out. SO glad I found the Boot Butler! It looked a little like a gimmick at first, but the design and engineering that went into it are obvious when you start to put it together. Assembly took maybe 4 minutes -- it was so easy, I took the ladder apart to see if a 3x2 setup would fit my closet better than the 5-up stack (it didn't, but it took 10 seconds to put it back together). All of my boots are separated, safe, not banging into anything or in danger of getting buried. And, unlike storage boxes, they can breathe! I like being able to hang them up right after taking them off without having to air them out first. Personally, the "toes away" setup seemed appealing because you scoop up the boots one-handed. But hooking the hanger back on the ladder was a little awkward, even with two hands. I grudgingly tried "toes towards you", and it's so much easier than I thought it would be, like no effort at all. Overall, a winning concept, excellent design, and great execution. It's clear this wasn't just thrown together or rushed to market without being tried and tested. Highly recommended! Update: I have found that the "feet" on the hangers are small enough that my boots will still fit even with shoe tree / stretchers in them. I also slipped the handles of some travel boot bags over one hanger leg (slid around to the back) to keep them handy and out of the way.

Absolutely Convenient, Almost Perfect
I bought this to save some floor space and replace some boot shoe boxes that were falling apart and wanted a way to store my boots. These are easy to assemble and set up and once the boots are hanging they work great! I would definitely recommend to anyone that has more hanging space than floor space, keeps the boots shapes well and words for various styles and heights of boots. Added perk, compared to my shoe boxes, I can see my boots so I remember that I own all of them :-P Two things that I think could be improved: a) I would love to be able to order these piece by piece, as I really only need 1 more and don't need the whole setup b) i think these could be stacked a little closer together to optimize space Overall, I am super happy with this purchase, and my problem is that I own too many boots, not the storage rack

This boot rack is the best investment I ever made in my boot care
OK. This is not the boot rack for everyone. But it is absolutely perfect for me. I live in a condo with only one real closet - a long closet with just a bar across. I also have exactly 5 pairs of knee high boots that were getting creases from folding over or marks from shoes piled on top of them. Then I bought this. Wow. Some of the negative reviews mentioned the hangers do not fill the boot and how could it help them keep their shape? It does only has a thin plastic "foot" for each boot, but the boots hang over the top of the rounded edge so they naturally keep their shape. Two pairs of mine are heavy riding boots that pull the hanger a little lower than the other three, but I put them on the bottom two hangers and now none of the boots touch at all. The picture of them in the closet is exactly how they hang. I did put it on the end of the pole with a suit cover between it and the rest of my clothes (just as a precaution), but that is because I am now wearing my boots all the time and it is winter and they get dirty. I also can condition them and hang them directly on the rack to dry because they are not touching anything. Before, just having to either pull them out and hope the seam didn't show, or pull them out of the back of the shoe rack, pull out the boot inserts and stand the inserts back in its place, all the time knowing I would have to clean them and let them air out before I could put the inserts back in and rearrange them in the back of the shoe rack again. So...I didn't wear boots much. Now I just pull them off the rack and go. And when I take them off, I put right back on the rack - no mess, they are hanging straight and have plenty of air flow. If only I could get myself to clean them every time I take them off...isn't going to happen:(

Finicky, but works!
Works but a bit finicky. If you bump the boots above when you're trying to put another pair on the rack, the hook comes off. Best to load the boots from the bottom.

Wonderful product. My husband spotted it whilst looking for something else and showed it to me. I have a few pairs of knee high boots and this is perfect to keep them in tip-top condition as well as keeping them neat and tidy and it avoids clogging up the bottom of the wardrobe. It is also very quick and easy to assemble and you can split it into individual sections, pairs, or however you choose to accommodate your boots. I would definitely recommend it.

Good if you have the hanging space
The boot butler is a great way to organise your boots and have easy access to them. It's easy to put together and my husband doesn't moan about my boots being everywhere anymore. You will need plenty of space in your wardrobe as they do take up quite a lot of space. I was able to have two lines next to each other taking up the single part of my triple wardrobe. The only down side to the boot butler is you can only buy 5 at a time and I only have space for 2 so would be good to purchase individually

Great product and idea
Does the job well, would say to measure your wardrobe to be certain it will fit, mine s a bit low so can only hang 4 pairs straight down. Great product and idea.
