Bad quality
I was expecting a much better quality than the product actually is, given by the strong brand reputation. The materials feel cheap, already got 2 broken within 3 months use. Also the size is a bit awkward, its too wide for A4 papers and punched pockets (Q-Connect ones).

No inside pocket
We've been using these for a few years. They're quite sturdy and the pockets on the front and spine are useful for labelling. A different colour would be an improvement as the binders do get grubbyPrevious pruchases used to have a plastic pocket inside the cover which was really useful for keeping rough notes in till they were written up. This latest delivery doesn't have that pocket and we really miss it.
