Defective , broken item received
The base is round in the item I received, whereas, in the item I ordered it was square. Shape of the base is not that important to me. I wanted to return the item as it is broken at the top.

Could have been so much better
The wooden carving of the Navivity scene is PERFECT. It is very detailed and colour is very pretty. BUT.. the wooden candle stand on which it has to be mounted on is a big disappointment. The wooden circle stand is very crude, chipped and full of scratches. The candle provided with it is absolutely wrong colour for the season. Also the carving doesn't fix properly in the slot provided on the wooden stand

Horrible
The Christmas tree is made of wood and it's too fragile. Moreover the packing was terrible. The vendor did not bother to wrap it in bubble wrap too and the item arrived broken and in pieces. Horrible experience!
