I love it. I had it installed in my 2010 Mercedes e350. I just need help using the AirPlay. I can’t figure it out

The customer service is amazing, I left a bad review because the head unit I received was defective. Customer care reached out and sent me a replacement in a matter of days and was there to answer all my questions. Great company, great product and decent price. Edit: the replacement that was sent is just as worse as the original if not worst. Not recommended.

Had it a month. Works great. Easy to install, all parts included. Searched over a year for this product. Affordable too.

It works great with iPhones, but it has issues with Android phones for Android Auto. I’ll keep playing with it and trying to figure out why.

I replaced the stock radio in my W212 with this touchscreen unit. Not sure how hard the install is because I gave it to my local mechanic and had him install it. He mentioned to me that it was pretty simple. Everything connects fast and looks flush. The system supports full screen CarPlay, providing a bigger and better map than the previous interface. The touch response was quick when scrolling through menus and switching between apps while driving. All is working well thus far, good system for the money.
