My nephew had asked for a punching bag for his birthday, but his parents thought a huge full sized one was a bit much for him to start with. So far this has been a good alternative. Smaller, lightweight, and doesn’t require moving things around in his room to store it.Setup was easy, not much to do. It already had some charge so I was able to make sure it worked before hanging it up. Then you hang it on the wall by attaching the suction cups or using velcro. Since his wall has some texture they picked velcro to make sure it stayed in place, so far it hasn’t moved.I was worried the gloves would be too thin, but they feel fine and they’re easy to adjust so they stay in place. The music mode is okay if you don’t want to use bluetooth, but he prefers to play his own music so that’s a nice feature. His favorite feature is the different speeds available, it seems to keep him motivated.

I also appreciate the option of suctioning it to a hard surface or using velcro to attach it to the wall. I got this to get a great workout it is a good size to work out with the pad is very comfortable to hit. It is good for a child or an adult it pairs on my Bluetooth. So far it is very durable. And it’s a good price for something so versatile. I only wish it was a tiny bit bigger.
