I am a newbie to the espresso machine. Pouring the coffee ground into the portafilter is always difficult when I must simultaneously take care of the weights. I always scatter the grounds on the weight scale and the counter, creating a mess. with the help of this gadget, I can easily add coffee grounds without wasting a bit of coffee. I don't know whether the taste differs with and without stir. However, with the funnel and screen, I am already satisfied with the product.

At first glance I was not impressed with the weight distribution tool. It looked and felt a little flimsy to me but after using it for a few days I really like it. It works as is should and does the job quickly. The dosing funnel is nice as well but could use a few more magnets.The weak point in this set is the screen. It is very thick and doesn't provide enough coverage of my grounds. It negatively impacted my extraction by impacting the water flow substantially. I don't want to have to figure out a new grind/dial in just to use this screen since it doesn't fully cover my puck anyway.Two out of three items are usable to me. Overall, I consider it a reasonable value and I would buy again.

I was surprised how nice this set looks. It's well made. The screen fits a 51mm portafilter. The dosing funnels magnet holds the funnel in place well. It is nice to be able to use whatever amount of needles you want. Overall a nice accessory kit that's a must have, especially when trying to use a bottomless portafilter.
