Reduced sweating but no good for EXTREMELY sweaty hands
Really disappointed. I used this for pole as I have EXTREMELY sweaty hands and just the grip wasn’t quite doing it. Thought this would help but if anything it made it worse - the sweating did reduce but not completely and that meant that the grip would not work, so I was slipping more! If you have slightly sweaty hands it may be good for you, but if you’re like me and you need to use grip, it just makes it worse. Returning.

Works well, if pricey
Not sure why there are two different versions, can't tell the difference in use myself (for tennis grip, not pole-dancing)! A wee amount works fine (less than a pea size) and lasts for ages (even after washing hands). I use a tiny dot on my nose before applying a nose plaster (to enhance breathing) and it makes sure that it doesn't fall off during sweaty activities. Very expensive but not many alternatives that I can see that are substantially cheaper.

Sweat proof
This is the only hand grip that works for me. My hands get so sweaty during my pole class that I end up losing confidence in my moves. No amount of pole grip works then. Tite grip stops that problem for me personally. I put a small amount on about 45 minutes before class which dries them out and then apply my normal grip during the class. This has been a game changer for me my confidence has returned and I'm back to having a good grip again. This does dry your hands out quite a bit, so after class I have to wash my hands and apply hand cream. Fabulous stuff and a bargain as you get 2.
