Excellent product, my hair is so much better and not losing it as much as I was, very pleased

In 2 weeks, I have noticed a big improvement in my skin moisture levels. I'm using less body lotion and would usually find dry patches on my legs during winter. BUT not since taking these supplements. It might be a coincidence, so I will continue to monitor and update this review if I notice a change. The pills are big but easy to swallow with my taste.

These collagen capsules are very easy to swallow, which makes taking them daily effortless. The recommended dose is 3 capsules a day, which is what I’ve been taking. So far, I’m really happy with them. Good value for money. I’ve already started noticing improvements in my skin, it looks more hydrated and smoother and my joint feel stronger and less painful too. It’s important to be mindful of how you take collagen…I highly recommend taking it with vitamin C, as it helps with absorption, otherwise, it won’t be as effective. Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far and will definitely continue using them.

This multi-collagen product seem to be definitely heaping my skin and hair .its good value for money well presented and easy to swallow with a glass of water looking forward to more benefits of taking it .
