Love the pad of healing but the stick pad is hard to get off n pulls my skin.

I had received feedback that the smell might be too much for people with sensitive noses, so it might be good to keep that in mind around certain people. My feet felt great after I used it. It seems like it will help with pain relief, I might have less pain in my ankle now. It has an intuitive design, and I recommend putting the pouch on the adhesive sticker before putting it on your foot. I tried walking around with it on, I probably will just use it at night when I sleep since pressure will cause the charcoal to get outside the adhesive. Good quality. Don't wear with white socks. maybe the adhesive patches could be bigger, or an alternative way to hold the pouches could be made, like a washable sock that holds the pouch

Wish I had researched more before the impulse buy! So Happy I got the smallest box cause this box is in the Trash! Do not buy

I highly recommend these detox pads. I used them when getting a cold it helped with aches. Even better applied a few pads on my shoulder for pain, and yes there was relief there too!

Good although a little bit sticky

I ordered this pack of 100 Bamboo Foot Pads after reading all the positive reviews and claims that they promote sleep and relaxation. The product advertises natural ingredients like bamboo vinegar, wormwood, tourmaline, and bamboo charcoal, which supposedly draw out “toxins” and help you sleep better. First of all, I regret not doing proper research beforehand. These were ordered in my household without checking the science behind them — and even though I was skeptical, I decided to give them a fair try for a few nights. Unfortunately, I noticed zero improvement in my sleep. In fact, the pads just made my feet uncomfortably warm, which is the last thing you want in the summer heat. Instead of promoting better sleep, the added warmth actually made it harder to relax. After doing more research, I found no scientific evidence supporting the claimed benefits of these ingredients for detoxing or sleep. The dark stains you see on the pads in the morning aren’t “toxins” — it’s mostly due to moisture (sweat) activating the charcoal, a trick often used in marketing to make you believe something is being “pulled out.” What you’re really left with is a large, sticky mess on your feet in the morning, which takes time to clean off — not exactly the peaceful start to the day they promise in those flashy YouTube or Facebook ads. In short: don’t be fooled by viral marketing or glowing reviews. These foot pads are more of a placebo than a solution, and unless you’re looking for an excuse to scrub your feet every morning, I wouldn’t recommend them.
