This could burn
I purchased this hoping it would be the answer to the under eye bags and dark circles I’ve started to see in recent months. The first time I used it after following all the instructions, it burned my skin in four places under my eyes. I had a lot of discomfort while in use and had the unit set on the lowest setting. It was a total waste of money for my sensitive skin. I’ve been doctoring burns for over a week now.

Didn't work. Not worth the price
Didn't work. The red lights came on but the massage didnt work. The sticky pads don't stick to the skin. Paid $60 for this? Hard pass

It works
Works well I think the modes could be a bit easier to get and needs more synchronization on the eyes but all in all works

Intense pulses left marks on my face
I like the design. It fits well on my face. However, the lowest setting was too intense for me. Could it be faulty? It practically burned and my eyes winced so bad while it pulsed. After the 2nd time using it I noticed I had brownish red dots all along where the product sat. I was hoping it would help a minor blepharospasm but I am returning the product to try something else.

Unfortunate purchase
I couldn’t get them back in the box to charge. I am very unhappy with this purchase. If I hadn’t opened it and tried to use them, I would have returned them. If I could give no stars I would.

Sticky pads not good.
The sticky pads that come with the device are horrible. Worse than stepping in gum on a hot day. I can't even remove them to place on the device. Hard to imagine it will be comfortable taking the units off once treatment is completed. Hopefully they will work using the serum I purchased separately and lay down so the units stay in place.
