PureMate Rechargeable
Very good value, does what it says on the tin. Would recommend. More affordable than the brand leader.

Very capable TENS machine
This TENS machine had the potential to be a game-changer. It's essentially a device that can deliver TENS to your feet and another part of your body at the same time, which is amazing considering most TENS machines aren't designed for your feet. So how does it feel in operation? You can set the intensity of the feet pads independently of the 2 sticky pads that you attach elsewhere on your body, which is good - it scales from 0 (nothing) to 99 (apparently excruciating!). I found that on my first ever experience of TENS on my feet, I could manage about 15. After a few minutes, I could ramp it up and got as far as 40 before I felt it was just too much. So I honestly don't know what the other reviewers are talking about when they say they don't feel anything. CAT: Okay, so one evening our cat sat on my lap whilst I had TENS on my feet at power 10. The cat wouldn't budge and seemed to enjoy the sensation. But once I ramped it up to 15, the poor thing jumped off my lap and looked suspiciously at the TENS machine. He's not come near it since! The not so good: 1. Every push of the button on the remote control makes the machine beep, which becomes annoying rather quickly. There's no way to turn off the beep. 2. You cannot use the machine if you're charging it. They should've either made it possible to charge and use OR make it mains-operated only. I can't vouch for TENS being effective for the things mentioned in the item description, but I can say that the machine works as expected. If they deal with the 2 points above, I think they'd have a great package at a competitive price.

Not effective
This is not a fit massager, but it is a tens device which mainly targets your calves and lower legs. It feels very strange - like someone is flicking at your leg muscles. It has up to 100 levels of intensity - which is pretty wild! 15 is the highest I could comfortably go. It's easy to use, though it can only be adjusted with the remote control (Batteries are included). I have poor circulation in my legs, however, I have tried it for a while now and I don't find it helps much with my pain, fatigue or pooling in my legs. You need to be bare foot for it to work, and I find my feet get very cold while using it. Just overall, it's not very effective for me

Decent Device but Lacking Clarity
I’m still getting used to the PureMate Rechargeable EMS and TENS Foot Circulation Massager, so it’s early days in terms of results. While the device itself is well-made, lightweight, and comes with useful accessories—including a remote, electrodes, and various cables—the instructions are not particularly clear. I’ve used it for plantar fasciitis and lower back discomfort, but there’s some inconsistency in the guidance. The manual states that it shouldn’t be used on the lower back, yet the diagrams suggest otherwise. After checking the website, it seems to be suitable for that area, though clearer instructions would have been helpful. The remote is a bit tricky to use, and adjustments to intensity don’t always seem to respond properly, which makes it difficult to tell if the settings are actually changing. The foot massage delivers a pleasant tingling sensation rather than deep relief, and while it provides some comfort, I haven’t noticed any real pain reduction yet. The electrodes are a downside as they wear out quickly and will need replacing. It’s clear they won’t last for many sessions, which is disappointing considering the price, especially as no spares are included. Overall, the device has potential, but the unclear instructions and inconsistent effectiveness mean I can only give it three stars for now. I’ll continue using it and hope for better results over time.

Pain relief with regular use
As someone whose age has caught up with them, I often find myself battling foot swelling, aches, and pains that seem to creep up all over my body. So, when I got my hands on the PureMate Rechargeable EMS & TENS Foot Circulation Massager, I was eager to see if it could bring some relief. First off, it’s lightweight and easy to carry around, which is a huge plus for me. Whether I’m moving it from the living room to the bedroom, its portability is surprisingly convenient. I expected a sturdier build, but thankfully, it doesn’t impact its performance. Setting it up is easy too, just plug it in, place your feet on it, and you’re good to go. The remote control is a great touch, letting me adjust settings without having to bend down or interrupt my relief, perfect for someone like me who appreciates a bit of ease. The massager uses EMS and TENS technology, and it delivers a soothing, massage-like sensation that feels nice after a long day. When I first tried it, I noticed some tingly effects, which caught me off guard. I’d recommend starting with a lower setting, there are 99 intensity levels to choose from, and gradually working your way up as you get comfortable. It’s all about finding your sweet spot, and with 50 different massage modes, the adjustable settings make it easy to tailor the experience to exactly what your body needs. I’ve been using it consistently for a week now, and it’s helped relieve some of the aches in my feet and ankles. The swelling that used to plague me has noticeably reduced, and I feel a bit more lightness in my step. It’s not just for feet either, I’ve used the included electrode pads on my shoulder, where I often carry tension, and it’s worked well there too. The features are impressive: a 60-minute timer for safe sessions, a large LCD screen to track your settings, and a rechargeable design that adds to its portability. It’s quiet, sleek, and doesn’t take up much space, which I appreciate in my cluttered home. While it’s not a cure-all, the potential for relief with regular use is there, and I’ve found it to be a comforting addition.
