These dry shrimp are really good! They have a nice, strong flavor and are great for adding to soups or salads. The texture is perfect, and they last a long time. Definitely a product I’ll keep in my kitchen!

Steer Clear of this Product
I tried to use the shrimp today and they are covered in mold. It does not state on the container to refrigerate after opening. I figured because it is freeze dried, it would not need to be refrigerated. I can get past the fact that the shrimp are not deveined. But, I paid $19 for a product that I literally used twice.

Wild caught but not very cleaned
I appreciate that these dried shrimp come from America but they are not well cleaned.Even after soaking them for hours it is difficult to get the green stuff out.A bit overpriced for this.

Moldy a week after opening
Store in the fridge after opening!!!!!!! I first used these about a week ago and the shrimp were good for some pad thai, but i went to use some more today and found them all covered in mold. Stored in a cold dry dark pantry. The packaging doesn't mention storing them in the fridge but unless you use all of them in one sitting store them in the fridge!
