Looks like a great product, but it came with a damaged box. I can’t get the bottom of the bottle open to remove the plug so I can’t use it yet. If my son-in-law can’t get the bottom open, I’m sending it back because then I will believe it’s damaged. Update: got the bottom of and charged it up. Works great - it’s easy. After a week I feel much more hydrated with less water. Sleeping even better than I was. Inflammation is down perceptively. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

This thing is way cooler than I expected, and my expectations were pretty high. The design is sleek and the glass feels sturdy, definitely doesn’t have that cheap plastic vibe. I was impressed with how fast it works, about 3 minutes and you’ve got this bubbly, fresh-tasting water that actually *feels* different going down. It’s super easy to use: just fill it, press the button, and done. It holds enough water for me for a few hours (this will depend on how much you drink) but I suppose it could be refilled at a public water fountain perhaps. I haven’t tested it while traveling yet, but it feels portable enough to take in a bag or use at work. Cleaning it was simple enough, and I like that you can detach the bottom for a deeper clean. A healthy little habit to add to the day. Plus, it’s kind of fun watching the bubbles do their thing.

First, I tried to find support for this product but there is no way to contact the seller. The hydrogen bottle worked great for the first 10 uses. Then slowly the bubbles started getting weaker with now no apparent change in the water. The water had a different taste for the first 10 uses, now there is no difference. Yes, I followed the instructions on cleaning for first use.

I am using it now. Will not know the results until I have used it for a month or so. It is working as the instructions said.
