Our doggo loves it
The media could not be loaded. So the first time our dog scoffed the food up before I could even video! She absolutely loved it.Nice big packs, the food is grain free, our dog has allergies to grain so its a massive consideration when buying dog food. This food is hypoallergenic, contains 65% chicken and is made in the UK.Very good quality doggo food.

Slow start but it went down / good quality ingredients
The wet dog food comes in a carboard box which can be used as a tray to keep them all together which is handy. The packages are a good size and for smaller dogs could least 2 meals easy. Each tray is well sealed and has a clear film lip much like a ready meal but thicker plastic. The food smelt like, dog food! We started of with just a few spoons as our dog does get an upset tummy on occasions, at first she didn't seem too fussed by it but that could be just too much going on and not wanting to eat at that time. But when it was meal time and her other meat was next to this one she did eat it. We tried to increase the food slowly into her daily meals and it did always go.We did notice she had a bit of an upset tummy one day so held off that day but she was fine, maybe we tried to mix too much at once. Once open we put the tray in a zippy bag to help feel it fresh and avoid flies this time of year! It is super important to keep wet dog food sealed to avoid contamination. It is always recommended to transition slowly between foods for dogs to avoid any issues.Price wise this is in the middle of other brands so not too bad, the first box will last a log longer due to the slow switch, the 2nd box of 10 depending on your dog could be 10 days, we only give wet food once a day and half a try so it would last 20 days.

Perfect For Our Cocker Spaniel’s Sensitive Tummy
Our Cocker Spaniel has had a delicate tummy from 8 weeks old and finding the right kind of dog food for him that he enjoys hasn’t been easy to find, especially in the normal supermarkets and high street pet stores, so when I got the opportunity to try this Nature’s Harvest British brand dog food for adult dogs I was very happy to try it on Bertie dog. These dog food meals come in handy plastic trays that can be frozen and warmed in the microwave, there’s 10 trays at 395g each, all chicken and sweet potato variety and grain free. They’re hypoallergenic and Nature’s Harvest recommend starting slowly with a quarter amount mixed into the dogs usual food for a few days, then half until around 10 days they’re having a whole tray instead of they’re usual dog food, I’m currently feeding Bertie this way, slowly giving his tummy a chance to get used to it, so far so good, he seems to be good with it with no diarrhoea we’ve experienced with other brands. Bertie really loves the taste too, I have to admit it does look and smell palatable as it’s made with a high chicken content (60%) as well as lots of lovely vegetables and added vitamins and fibre, I feel it’s a healthy natural choice for him. I’m therefore very happy to recommend this grain free dog food if you have a breed of dog with a delicate tummy too, it seems to be working well with our dog.

3 out of 5 dogs testing this food loved it.
My two dogs wouldn't eat this. I have 9 year old Shorkie and a 6vyear old Pomeranian who are not majorly fussy with food but are with treats. I tried a couple of times but didn't want to waste the food so passed the rest to two friends for them to test on their dogs. One friend has a German Shepherd, she demolished the food with no hesitation. My other friend has a Ridgeback Cross and a Staffie both dogs wolfed the food down. So out of 5 dogs 3 loved the food so I'd say it was a hit.The food is tightly packed pare style, not mushy so you get a lot for your money. With my dogs being small I mashed it up a lot and gave them a, quarter each for lunch and another quarter each for tea. As mentioned though they didn't eat it, this amused me as its aimed at fussy eaters. Sweet potato is good for dogs and humans alike as it's gentler on the stomach with less. starch than regular potatoes, less calories too plus lots of fibre so contributes to a healthier gut and apparently better for dogs suffering with anal gland issues (my Pomeranian needs his emptying regularly). I give my dogs mashed sweet potato mixed into their meals so they're used to it which is why I was surprised they wouldn't eat this food. The tray style packaging allows for easier storage than tins.

The dogs love it
This is a ‘wet’ dog food but has more of a consistency of something like spam to it. This means it’s easier to cut and less messy, too.The food lasts up to 3 days in a fridge, which is useful as our Shih Tzus can only have up to a quarter each day and as we mix it with some kibble it lasts even longer, making 3 days actually a perfect amount of time, you can see in the picture what it looks like mixed with the kibble. My eldest dog is the fussy one so we gauge how well a new food works by her. Well, she was straight to the bowl, sniffing away and then chomping down on the food. Every day since we’ve had no issue with her eating her food when this is in the bowl, which really says a lot about how good this must taste. The dogs have been healthy since having this and no issues, just remember to introduce it gradually alongside their old food to start with to avoid tummy upsets from a new food.
