Q: Are theze pillows filled with 100%gooze down feathers or are there other fillers added

I am reading directly off the label attached to the queen soft. It states the pillow is 70% grey goose feather and down (85% feather 15% down) and 30% polyester fiber. So it appears nearly 1/3 of pillow is polyester fiber, and the down content of 15% means that of the 70% of the remaining content, 15% of that is down, not 15% of the entire pillow

Hi,soft pillow is super soft and suitable for back sleeper,firm pillow is more supportive and suitable for side sleeper.Thank you.

Q: How firm is the firm in comparison to the soft?

Firm is like a rock. Soft is more medium to medium firm. Because it’s more feather than down, it feels firmer. I’ve always slept on 100% goose down firm pillows and I’d explain it as a fluffy firm. Obviously over time, the pillow does soften. If you want super stiff, then I’d purchase firm for this pillow. Soft is more medium

Q: What is "ultra fresh treatment"? Is it a chemical treatment?

Im very chemical sensitive. I have notices no smell, or had any allergy issues.
