We love the features like passwords and the ability to create your own, but the keychain makes it the best! I bought extra keychains so that all my keys have them. For shaky hands, especially at night when it is sometimes difficult to insert the key into the lock, it helps. I liked this smart lock so much that I was asked to share it with my friends, who were also impressed with it and its features. This smart lock is definitely worth the money, I have waited several years to buy a smart lock, but the price and features are much higher, and there are fewer features. My friends are even updating their old smart locks and want this one because it has multiple features. Installation is simple, and programming is even simpler. Even adding extra keychains is a breeze.

This fingerprint door lock has a beautiful, classic look in spite of its modern capabilities. The photo clearly demonstrates the satin black finish and style. I will add a pic of it after installation on our home's French entry doors later.Easy to install: My husband and I are not the most confident or skilled DIYers but we managed to install the lock set on the door with no problems using the very basic tools in our toolkit.I prefer to use the keypad personally as I have trouble getting my fingerprint to scan on most devices. I'm not sure what I do incorrectly but it's an "across the board" issue where I am concerned. Everyone else in our family loves the fingerprint scanner. Another reason I like the keypad is because I can set a code for the housekeeper, pest control or whomever and then change it immediately for security.You can also use the key if you ever need to take the old-fashioned route for any reason such as if the battery should fail. I can't attest to battery life yet but it feels good knowing I'm prepared for the worst.Another feature that I find very helpful and reassuring is the auto-lock feature. I never have to worry about whether the door is locked.The versatility of this door lock is impressive as is the build and functionality.I was a bit intimidated at first but quickly gained confidence once I got into the owners' manual and saw how clear and straightforward the instructions were laid out.This is the second modern door lock we have bought recently to replace our old deadbolt locks and I have no regrets.
