As a qualified plumber I have fitted lots of boiling/hot water taps of different makes and for the price this one is great quality so far works a treat

Great quality at a good price
I previously had an Insinkerator tap but it failed after 8 years. A replacement was over £1,000 so I thought this was a real bargain. I was apprehensive but on unpacking it was clearly very well made. The brushed steel tap looks very smart and it easy to use. I did the installation my self which was really easy, just follow the instructions and pictures. I like how it came with two filters so I have a spare in stock now. As a bonus they include an insulated flask which is handy for picnics. Its only ben in for a day but so far we are really impressed. At this price its a genuine bargain and highly recommended.

Great bit of kit, excellent.
The media could not be loaded. I think that this system is brilliant, I had it fitted in about 30 minutes and making a cup of tea, it’s excellent and I love it and would highly recommend this. It’s well worth the money. This is well worth the money and effort, delivery was faster than expected, all around, excellent.

Value for money
Being a plumber I’ve fitted a few different types of these and it’s as good as any, It does exactly what it’s supposed to do, good solid tap and easy to fit. Water temperature is always up to temperature which we have at 98 Degrees and just kicks in now & again when it’s not being used. For the money you can’t go wrong compared to others that are a lot more expensive , the tap is covered with 5 years warranty & 2 years on the boiling tank.The only problem I can see with it is the boiling tap control could be awkward if you’ve got arthritis or not a good grip but a good safety feature if you’ve got small kids.

This is an excellent product
The tap and boiler came excellently packed it was better than I expected it also came with a free flask and one year supply of filters that plumber who installed it thought it was as good as the most expensive boiler taps I am very impressed with the product and with the excellent after care service I would totally recommend it.
