Amazing bread lames! I’ve been through a few different ones and these ones have been my best ones so far. The angles I can get with them compared to other ones is what I love the most. You can do “designs” a lot easier and more precise with the way it’s angled that I never was able to get before. I tried a different round lame before and found it to almost be dangerous to put the blade on & tighten and this one makes it super simple as well as making it easy to hide away the blade for storage. I have two little boys so it nice to have piece of mind with that one. The handle one comes with a magnetic cover too that i love a million times more than the usual faux leather fabric slip cover that I had trouble with half the time

I LOVE this lame set! I use the small one for the decorative scoring (more precision) and the long one for the expansion score (great angle). Both work really well. They are much cheaper than the Wiremonkey brand and the quality is really great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a high quality bread lame and works great for my home bakery. The knife has a nice grip and nice design making it easy handle. So far the blade has held up great as well and have made well over 100 loafs so far.

Nice unit let's you have more blade exposed so I the handle doesn't drag on the dough. Got the one with the blade cover, kind of a pain to get the cover on because it needs to have the blade slide in 2 little slots and then a magnet holdes the cover on

a very nicely, packaged and beautiful wood lame. Will not only use it for myself, but will consider for gifts for other bread makers.

The bread lame shape and functionality is great. The blade dowel/ locator pin is wood and broke almost immediately. The fasteners for holding the blade in place is robust enough to still hold the blade in place. Overall, a great lame.

The lame is compact and well made. However, I have to put extra pressure when I score the bread. Other than that, I like it.

very sad this does not retract when not in use

It is difficult to safely place the razor blade into place. I have yet to accomplish this. I end up holding the blade as I mark my dough.
