The product is good for what it claims it will do. The support felt great, particularly for the reasonable price. It is light-weight and once I got it on, it was comfortable. The size was not as expected, I should have purchased a larger size (or the instructions could have explained how to adjust the size). It comes in a small box and is folded up tight so the velcro made it difficult to unfold because I was concerned that I was unfastening or ripping a strap I was not supposed to. Back to the instructions, I found they were of little help. Written for someone who already knows how the thing works. I am not one who can assemble things on my own, or use them w/o direction, so I rely on a product's 'included' instructions.

I love the feel of this brace. Very comfortable. I purchased it for not only to help correct my posture but to alleviate neck pain and headaches. First time trying it and the neck pain seems to be easing up.👌 However I'm disappointed because the Co promised an a gift certificate in which I NEVER RECEIVED.

What I would like is product arrived right on time. It was to small and just not right for me. However the company bent over backwards to accommodate me. I will not hesitate to make a purchase from them again, Customer service sould not have been bettter!

I was. Ei g told I slouch when I stand or walk and I was noticing difficulty turning my head. I bought this posture corrector after looking at several others in my local pharmacy. After two weeks of wearing it, I could notice the difference in my posture and ability to turn my head. The only minor irritation is that the tighter you make it the more it rides up on your chest and back. The goal is to tighten it and stand straighter so there will be some irritation. I thought the irritation was a small price to pay for correct posture.

It's still too early to judge but I'm hoping this can help with my slouched posture. The fabric feels nice and it's pulling my shoulders back enough. Will update once I use it more. Velcro seems stable and easy to adjust.
