Drew&Cole CleverChef 14-in-1 Multi Cooker - Stew, Roast, Slow Cooker, Steam, Bake, Bread Maker, Rice, Soup Maker & More - Large Capacity Family Batch Cooking - Cooks 5 Portions

I bought this as I have a small flat and wanted a product that could act as a multi cooker. This product is perfect for cooking rice and always leaves it cooked well. It also has a good steamer, slow cook and stewing function. I find it really useful to make the filling for cottage pie or lasagne or a Bolognese sauce as it acts as a slow cooker in a shorter period of time so the flavours have enough time to really enhance. In terms of cleaning it is not too hard however there are several parts that need to be washed. the removable pot makes this much easier though. Unfortunately however I am finding myself missing my old fashion slow cooker as it has a maximum running time of four hours and then it switches to keep warm. This means that I cant set a meal in the morning and leave it cooking all day ready for when I get home from work which is very frustrating. Sometimes I find to get the real long time slow cooked flavour and texture I need to keep resetting the four hour cooking time, but this only works if i am actually home to do so. Overall however, it is a fantastic find for the price and works well in a small flat. It is a very versatile product and perfect for someone on a limited budget in a small property.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this amazing gadget, I have cooked roasters, roast lamb and even gravy in this multi cooker, I've cooked whole chicken, chicken portions, spag bol and even baked a chocolate cake, I'm yet to make bread but I have all the ingredients to give it a go, this has saved me a few quid on not turning on the gas oven for just the 2 of us, this Drew&Cole cleverChef is in all honesty the best purchase I've made all year, I have used it everyday since purchasing it, it's easy to use and it's so easy to clean, I absolutely love it, I will say the recipe book, the measuring cup and rice spoon were missing but I emailed the company direct, their email support is clearly written in one of the booklets, I emailed them Friday evening and woke up to a reply, the missing items arrived on the Monday, not only an excellent but of kit but excellent customer service too! Fantastic

I like to cook things low and slow - and My previous Slow Cooker which I've had for at least 15 years before its demise, did just that. Wonderfully flavoursome meals I can set in the morning and when I come home, its ready to eat. Nice 8hr cook to produce that tender meat. So after said "demise" of my old cooker, I set out to purchase a new one - and this little "all-in-one" came up. I did some research, and it seemed it tickle all the spots I would have expected. So I got it. I've cooked rice and pasta, and a small curry, its all good and does what it says on the can... except slow cooking... The slow cooking setting, starts at 85º and at 3hrs <- That's the "low" setting... 3hrs..?? You cannot adjust the temperature, but temperature is ok for slow cooking... but 3 hrs? Luckily you can increase the hrs, but you need to do this every time. I think the setting would have benefitted to being at least 6hrs default. You can use the DIY function to adjust time and temp - which is still a bit fiddly and locked behind some rules feature in its programming - for example, any temp over 100º and you can only set max of 4hrs. Overall, its a good device, you can brown mince or seal meat using the SAUTE function for 10min, which saves on using an extra pot for sealing before slow cooking - but if you are like me and are going to purchase this specifically with slow cooking in mind, then be aware that you have to adjust the time yourself and you cannot change the temperature of the slow cook function - its better to use the DIY function for true Slow Cooking. Cleaning is a bit fiddly as you have to start pulling stuff apart, but when you get a flow for it you can do it quite quickly.

Fantastic bit of kit,I am very impressed with this cooker, it's very quiet,I could not hear it at all,very fast and electric efficient. Use daily since purchase. I love the DIY button. It cooks to perfection,it makes incredible soups ,bread turns out lovely.. Cannot recommend enough especially in this financial economy. Saves me £s every single day. I no longer use my electric oven. Looks sheek,stores well very easy to use.

I have had this cooker since the end of January 2025, approx 6 months. It has taken a while to know cooking times etc for my receipies and style of cooking. I have learnt not to take the set menus times literally. Add or shorten as required. I highly recommend the appliance in general but if like me you have forgotten more than you knew about cooking it could take a while to get into it. I DO HAVE ONE THING I AM DSSAPOINTED WIITH. I would very much like a second inner pot. Not as a back up but as an addition when cooking a two part meal. It doesn't seem to be possible to purchase one. Not even from Drew and Cole direct. Pity!!

its defiantly exceeded my expectations the only downside is that it comes with a UK plug and im in AUS so had to buy an adapter but that was an easy fix its great it does things absolutely perfectly the timing is always spot on and its so easy to use and to clean its a great product the shipping was excellent and faster than i thought and properly packaged and i am so glad that i found it!

Loving it will buy again. Saves energy and you can set your own temp and time

Came with absolutely nothing: no spatula, no recipe book. There is a steamer pan and that's it. There are enough programs. The design is beautiful. Doesn't take up much space.
