Pentair 17307-0110S Tank Body Assembly Replacement Sta-Rite Pool and Spa Inground Pump

I had tried everything to fix my old leaking pump, even attempting to use plastic weld, but nothing worked. Replacing the old body was fairly simple. This was a perfect fit and we were back swimming in no time.One recommendation I have after lightly lubing the large o-ring that connects to the motor housing, is to put a few dabs of silicone grease into the recess where the o-ring goes. This will help keep the o-ring in place while you reassemble, since the o-ring stands vertical.

Perfect replacement for my older unit with a hairline crack in it. Gave a 4 instead of a 5 because I paid $250 for it and now, a week later, the price is reduced to $219.

The box comes with all sorts of seals and warnings that return policy only applies to unopened items.Anyway, I opened it, installed it, and it works / fits.It does not come with drain plugs or gaskets.I reused my old part plugs and gaskets.
