AE1200 Series Black/Green LED Illuminator World Time

I have purchased several watches since this Casio and always come back to this one in a few days. It's incredibly functional, comfortable, and attractive. I've worn a watch my whole life, so I want my watch to tell the time first and foremost. I don't want to have to raise my wrist or press a button. This classic watch displays tons of information at a glance. The controls are clear and intuitive and the extra functions are actually useful. The world times are easy to set and I like how you can store 4 of them for quick access while also being able to scroll through the whole list of time zones. It has the great Casio durability and has withstood some serious abuse while looking basically brand new. I DID make a makeshift screen protector with packing tape which took a couple minutes, and now it's basically invulnerable. The water resistance is fantastic and the band isn't uncomfortable when drying. It also has a really smart anti-odor nylon band which works really well. It's easy to wash but never gets gross in the first place. (I've tried replacing the band and have returned to the original band every time too). Backlight is fine. I love the orange. Better than average for a Casio since it has multiple (two) LEDs, but not quite as good as their EL backlight. I absolutely love this watch and this color combination is uncommon. Definitely recommended.

The Casio Green has a 10 year battery life. The watch has been built with excellent quality. It looks like a James Bond watch but Green. It is easy to adjust the day, date, and time. The watch just looks great...

I wear this watch every night, the illumination is great, if i wake up and just want to see what time it is, it illuminates perfectly, also water proof.

Light weight. Nice strap. Multi-functional. Cheap but very accurate time keeper. And I can always quickly check the time in Paris should the need arise. The acrylic crystal already has a scratch but knew it would scratch easily going in. Could always upgrade the case and go to a saphire crystal with a mod for around a hundred bucks.

Got the watch, looks great but at one point or another the resin crystal has developed a crack already. I don't remember any kind of impact. I've had a ton of watches and never had a crystal issue but I guess there's a first time for everything.
