Good product but the taste is horrendous!!!! I’ve taken liquid l-carnitine many times in the past, and honestly, this is the worst tasting brand I’ve purchased. If you can get past the taste, then everything else is golden.

First and foremost, I read from another review that drinking coffee after taking this completely masks it. That is not true. Do not have coffee with this. It tasted like vomit. I audibly said, "Oh my god, ew!?" That being said! The flavor (gummy bears) is meh. Plug your nose, take it like a shot, chase it with some kind of fruity drink, and it might as well have been water. I follow it with a cherry slush Alani and don't taste it at all. Anyway! This works well and does a good job of curbing appetite. It doesn't give you jittery energy or anything like that. I take it in the morning and then in the mid-afternoon when I get home from work. I can't speak for the long-term effects quite yet. Tldr: Do not take it with coffee. I would recommend it otherwise!

Right now I'm giving this 3 stars. Taste is okay, I have taken it for 4 days and haven't seen or felt any results. I will continue to take till bottle is gone. If I end up seeing or feeling results I will change my review.

L-Carnitine isn’t for fat loss where you drink it and it will burn it off. But! This stuff is great for workouts if you need to stay focused. I was in a slump until I had this stuff and now my workouts are amazing and I feel so good! I recommend this is that is what you are looking for, but if it’s for fat loss where you are not doing anything then don’t use this. (There was a point where I thought this, but after studying about L-Carnitine I know the science behind it)

Awful taste. Not worth cost of product. Was not as advertised.
