I'm on a medication that tanks my blood sodium levels and leaves me really dizzy and nauseous. It was recommended by my doctor that I drink an electrolyte beverage or something similar, but that wasn't doing it for me. So instead, I found these. I take one with my medication, and my blood sodium levels at my last exam were within normal range. I also feel better throughout the day. For me and the purposes in which I bought them, they're very effective and easy to use. So, if medication or another lifestyle reason are impacting your blood sodium levels, these are a great way to bring you back where you need to be without needing to down electrolyte beverages throughout the day. For me, they're definitely worth the money and I'll continue to buy them while I remain on this medication.

They are a little bigger than I prefer but they have helped my leg cramps and sleep pattern so much. I will be repurchasing when I finish this one!

I got these for my roommate, and they made him feel a bit dizzy and weird. The assortment seems to be alright, but the recommended daily dosage may be too high, or it doesn't specify well enough that you should spread pill use throughout the day. Electrolyte benefits seem to be a pseudoscience unless you are sweating a lot in particular, and even then, you may be better off buying moisture-wicking clothing. These seem to aid in hydration and energy, the size is easy to swallow, the quality of ingredients is a good assortment for the value, and these are easy to use if you pack them in a pill container, though the bottle itself is a bit bulky, so that's not great.

If you have POTS I highly recommend this product! It’s made a big difference for my family member in managing her daily electrolyte needs.

I use these daily, since I take a diuretic every day these help replenish my lytes without me needing to add powdered lytes to my water.

I thought to give these pills a try and I can't tell a difference. I was still feeling dehydration.

I think 2 pills may be more than I need but it's important to keep your electrolytes up when fasting or blood sugar spikes. I don't work out enough to need them but I still remember taking salt tablets in football practice...
