The last couple of years have been tough and I needed something that would just help me wind down at night and sleep. I have for many many years preferred natural remedies so was willing o give this a go. I am now sort of addicted to it, would definitely miss it if it wasn't there. I can detect Lavender but the perfume is a great mix. The first couple of nights I sprayed in the room but found this a bit overpowering. I now use two sprays onto a paper hanky that I place on my bedside table. This works well for me. On occasion, if I wake in the night and can't get back to sleep, I add another spray and usually this does the trick. I am just about to reorder, the larger size, I last ordered it four months ago, so although the price seems a bit steep when you purchase it, in reality it is not. I am being careful and ordering now but there could be another couple of weeks of two sprays a night left! Worth every penny.

Smells natural, fresh and really does help relax you. We use it every night. When the grandkids come to stay we give their rooms a spray too.

I bought myself the giftset, as it was only a few pounds more than just the spray, and it really is lovely! I've slept far better the past two nights than I have in ages. But if you're at all sensitive to odours or perfumes, use the spray very sparingly till you know you can tolerate it. I used one puff on a tissue placed in the far corner of the room the first night, and I got a headache and my mouth and eyes were burning. Second night, I used a few drops of the massage oil on a tissue. Tonight I tried the spray again, smallest possible spray on a tissue, and guess what. Headache and burning mouth and eyes. I'll keep using it though, because it works! It's so nice not to feel exhausted within a couple of hours of getting up.

This spray has a very strong smell , if you want to use it in your bedroom , spray it an hour or two before u go to sleep or u would not be able to sleep for a while , I sprayed little bit in the room and i could smell it all over the house. I have used it for a week or two now but not seen much different in my sleep pattern other than just being annoyed by the strong smell. Price is bit to much for what the product is .. I wish scent would have been bit weaker but yeah not worked for me.

Favourite room spray but please make candles and wax melts too. I used to use the original spray but now I love the lavender even more. They smell so natural and really permeate the atmosphere where other room sprays don’t.

If like me, you like to prepare your room before bed, this is for you. I absolutely love it and it helps me settle to sleep. In my opinion it’s much better than a pillow spray. Another fantastic product from the Puressentiel range. Def recommend

I found the smell really quite strong. I found it better to spray a few hours before going to bed. I found I did sleep better and felt relaxed.

Riecht unwahrscheinlich guuuuut! Entspannt allein dadurch. Mit Sicherheit das beste Raumspray für jede Gelegenheit!
