It's the best bread "replacement" I've tried, but being realistic: it is not exactly like bread.
Have tried a few different brands and recipes, but so far this one is my favorite. I don't test my blood sugar or use keto strips, so I cannot speak to its claims about being 0 net carbs. [PACKAGING] The bread comes sealed nicely and stores well. After opened, my bread stayed soft in a ziplock bag for the 1 week out of the fridge without issue. I just opened the 2nd loaf and it is in great condition. [TEXTURE] Out of the package, it is soft and feels very similar to normal sliced, white bread. Untoasted, it is very chewy. Toasted, it's like regular bread. This bread is noticeably denser than storebought sliced bread. For me, two slices for a sandwich tasted too bready. It is tricky, but I like to slice the bread even thinner to get two pieces out of one. [COOKING WITH IT] One of the things I like most about this bread is that it toasts perfectly, just like normal bread. I made garlic bread, avocado toast, and grilled sandwiches. [TASTE] It's good. But you should realize it is not the same as plain white bread (personally, I don't think anything is). This bread is all fiber and you can taste it, although the taste is subtle. If you are eating simple things like buttered toast or are using bland fillings, the taste of the bread will come through. However, I didn't have any issues with taste when I made garlic bread and big meaty sandwiches. All in all, I am happy that I bought this bread and will likely try other products.

This in no way resembles bread!
This bread is really horrible I have been on a low carb diet for years so I am already aware of the flavor trade off when you substitute foods. This really is one of the worst things I have ever had. I'll start off with the smell the "bread" smells very funky. I tried to make French toast the "bread"was very chewy and tasted horrible not even butter or syrup could help it. It smells awful and when you toast it and then it becomes very hard it tastes like cardboard. With the consistency and smell I just could no bring myself to eat it plain. Not worth the money I honestly wouldn't eat it if someone paid me the money I paid for it. Please don't waste your time, your money or your carbs on this go get sprouted breads, cloud bread or caebquick!

2 net carbs, acceptable flavor
Blood glucose impact: Both here and on the ThinSlim website, they claim the Plain flavor bread contains 0 net carbs per slice. This is strange, since they say the thinly sliced plain version contains 1 net carb per slice, but I figured they must be using a different recipe. Anyway, I decided to test the Plain bread on my toddler, who has type 1 diabetes and a continuous glucose monitor. I picked a time between meals when her blood glucose level looked very flat and is usually flat. If there are really zero net carbs per slice, her blood sugar wonโt budge, right? Well, it quickly took her from 120 to 180. I calculated it two ways, and both ways agreed: this bread contains 2 net carbs per slice. Which makes sense if the thinly sliced version contains 1, right? Anyway, I dinged one star for false advertising, but I absolutely plan to keep buying this bread. Aesthetics: I thought this bread had kind of an unpleasant earthy flavor that reminded me a little of raw mushrooms. I had trouble convincing myself to eat it. But I didnโt buy it for me! My kid needs no-carb and very-low-carb foods for preschool (yes, low-carb diets can easily kill a diabetic child, but one low-carb snack a day wonโt do any harm, and the school is unable to cope with diabetes), so her opinion is the only one that counts. Now, she never gets to eat fluffy white bread. The normal stuff has an impact on her blood glucose that is almost indistinguishable from that of candy, and given a choice between bread and candy, the kid picks candy every time. She actually thanked me when I handed her the slice of toast. She took a tiny, suspicious nibble. She held it up and examined it closely. She took another tiny nibble. She examined it some more. Then she ate the whole slice, in total silence, like a machine made to eat toast. I have never seen her so quiet. Not a single question or comment from a person who usually narrates her internal experience and loves the why game. It was as though she figured it was a mistake, and if she drew attention to it, the toast would be taken away. So yeah, love this bread. Gonna go see how it grills.

I take back my bad review!
OK I rushed to judgement. I am a diabetic and have been in a desperate search to cut carbs. I have tried all the other alleged zero or no carb breads yet when I tested my blood glucose one and two hours after eating them, my results soared, so they were dangerous to a diabetic's health. I was not thrilled with the texture and taste of this bread, so I wrote a bad one star review, they gave me a refund. But after a day I fished it out of the garbage and used it for toast and buns, started a series of tests using my blood glucose meter to chart results. THIS BREAD RAISES BLOOD SUGARS MINIMALLY! In sum, if you are a diabetic looking for a low carb bread this should be your choice. I realize I will never be able to enjoy a great tasting bread again and there are many BS breads advertising low carbs, but this company claims it is lab tested and I have asked them for proof. Other low carb bread companies I have communicated with use software to determine carbs, which is make believe. So I will stick with this. Also, it is expensive so I will ration my slices, which is a good thing for self control.

expensive, tastes pretty good, not-so-great customer service
In all fairness, there aren't a lot of good options out there for keto bread. You might say this product is one of the best. But that's not saying much. The Good: It tastes pretty good. Not great, but not awful, just meh. It's kinda like sourdough. I don't enjoy eating it with just butter, but it makes for a good grilled cheese sandwich. The Bad: It costs a lot more than regular bread. The slices are a bit small (talking about length and width), standard thickness. I actually think it would be better if they made the slices a little bit wider and taller but slice it thinner. The Ugly: It takes a really long time for shipping. I've ordered this bread about five times and it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get here. Out of five orders (a total of ten loaves), two loaves arrived moldy. Both times, I notified them and they sent a replacement. But the second replacement took five weeks to arrive. And it seems to me that two out of ten is a pretty high failure rate. The first time, they sent a replacement without any trouble. The second time (about a year later), they made it harder on me, made me jump through more hoops, acted like maybe it was my fault or they didn't believe me. Finally they agreed to send a replacement. But they didn't give me a tracking number. Three weeks later, it still hadn't arrived, so I followed up on it. I found out they had waited 20 days before they even shipped it. Then it took another 10 days after that to get here. Two stars for customer service. We will probably buy this again. Maybe. I guess. We like the low carbs. But I can buy keto bread at the local supermarket which is almost as low in carbs, tastes better, is available right away instead of waiting 2-3 weeks, and costs less money. Overall, I think it's not a great bargain.

BETTER OF GOING TO THE GROCERY STORE AND GETTING LOW CARB PITA BREAD
Way too expensive for what you're getting. The bread does taste good, it just doesn't stay fresh. By the time you get to the second loaf, it is full of mold. I had to through most the the second loaf out. You can get pita bread at a grocery store cheaper, it last longer, and it only has 7 carbs. IT IS NOT WORTH THE PRICES ESPECIALLY AFTER THE SHIPPING FEE IS ADDED

Works for me.
A simple low carbs, customer! Bought my 3rd or 4 order. Love it, slices are not that big, I only toast it. Most mornings on my way to work, out a slice in toaster, spread some cream cheese on it, walk out the door. Then, can do a sandwich, either two slices or one slice! Like bread, it it good, not bread, but donโt want it to be. Great product, order another brand, that had seem good, on FB. How, they knew this, I donโt know but I am getting ready to order, again, when my 1st loaf is gone, because it takes days for it to get here. To me, it is great! Expensive? Yes, but a specially product, but how I look, is more important, than what i spend, to get there. Lost about 24 pounds since Jan 1st. I was not fat to begin with, just hated my belly, and how I looked in clothes, belly starting to show, well, I am 6,3, at around 188 now about 163 to 165. I feel good in clothes now.

Don't buy!
I have bought so many Keto breads the last 5 years and this by far is the absolute worst. I was so excited to get it because it was low sodium unlike many other keto breads! But when I bit into it, I cant even say what it tasted like, maybe dirt and mold. It was gross and I had to throw my hard earned money away. Beware!
