I bought it for my husband but it was so nice and cool... I took it over.. You see, I am dealing with several peri-menopausal symptoms, one being NIGHT SWEATS. This joker is incredible. It is cool, dark, smooth to the touch. Worth it. Perimenopausal approved. I just wish I could put it around my neck easier.

Gets very cold, helps with a headache, does have a smell to & doesn’t seem to last as long as I’d like but it does help mitigate a headache for a bit when in need.

As someone who constantly deals with headaches, this is a relief. Stays cold and eases headaches with comfort. Only been used in the freezer as cold helps with my headaches.

This is a pretty good migraine relief cap. I purchased these to give away at a holiday party and they were a big hit. Even if you do not need it for migraines, you can use it for a hangover, your neck, relaxation etc. I did not notice any odors or anything like that. You can put it in the freezer to keep it cold or you can heat it up I believe. It does provide good relief over all.

Work well but only complaint is they don’t stay cold for very long.

Cold does not last very long with this cap. I have had other brands that lasted 30 minutes or more before I had to turn it inside out or grab the spare from the freezer. This cap lasts about 10 or 15 minutes and is maybe too thin to last any longer. The shape is good. It helps. Has no odor. Blocks out light. Is not too tight for my head.
