I haven't used too much of the product to give what I feel is an honest/ accurate review. It smells like ginseng, tastes like ginseng. It seems to be of good quality and I'd recommend it as something worth giving a shot if you're a ginseng consumer.

It didn't do anything for me... giving it to my dad to see if it helps him. I found Theobromine to work for energy instead, so your miles will vary....

Nobody can deny the amazing health benefits of Panax Red Ginseng. I've been taking it for years in pill form, but I decided to give the powdered version a try. Let's just say I'm going back to the pill. I added one scoop to half a cup of room-temperature filtered water and gave it a good stir. And I gave it another stir and another. It just doesn't dissolve. As you can see from the pics I uploaded, it's clumpy. I guess it has to be added to hot water to dissolve correctly, but I don't want to have to heat up water every day to take my ginseng. The taste is ok, like tea. If you like tea, you'll like this. Ginseng is a great supplement; it looks like CHEONGHWA F&B sells it in a very potent powdered form. But I prefer pills. They are much easier to take. If you can't swallow pills, try this powdered form.
