These are really nice top quality thick udon noodles, tried this back to back with ramen of the same brand and this is by far better to me, I do understand that we have different tastes but I felt as if the taste of this noodle complemented my beef broth, the ramen on the other hand overpowered the broth, the udon blended nicely. Nice bite and very satisfying to eat....Yummmm!

The texture of this noodles is good. Can be tasteless. When I cook it a second time, I add salt to the water. Taste much better the second time.
