Paganini: 24 Caprices, Op. 1

Great source for study. If you are looking for suggested fingerings and bowings, this is not the place. This is fantastic as an urtext. I refer to it to find original bowings and markings. The Contradanze are lovely! Short little snippets of dance tunes. I would recommend this highly, however, since many of the pieces are on three pages I may not use it for performance of multiple caprices. It is a bit hard to find caprices since some of the numbers are covered up. I am still giving it 5 stars since it is great as an urtext and since the three page format also makes it easy to read.
