If you like the feel of memory foam pillows this one is for you. It’s totally adjustable to your personal preference. Each foam layer is individually covered and easy to remove or add to the main case. The pillow case(cover) is double sided with cooling fabric in one side and nice soft cotton feel on the other side. The pillow really does remain cool. The cover and foam are very nice quality. There is a bit of a chemical smell at first but it quickly fades if you air it out for a 1/2 day or so. This is an excellent pillow that can be adjusted to all types of sleepers. I highly recommend it.

When we got our previous new mattress, we also purchased pricey new pillows. That was over 15 years ago, and the mattress was changed years back. But, I clung onto my old pillow like Linus and his blanket. "We" finally decided that the old one had to go, and after trying a number of pillows I found this one.I like that this pillow is adjustable to many configurations. The zippered cover has two sides of different material: dark side is firm, light side is soft. A series of four foam pads allows the user to adjust height from 1.5" all the way up to 4.5" of height. The foam pads have varying densities making for different firmness combinations.After a couple afternoon naps, and a couple nights of testing, I arrived at a combination that works for my sleeping positions. Thank goodness I was able to find a pillow that adjusted to me, rather than the other way around. Plus, I couldn't be happier with the price - great value IMO.

I can't quite get the fill adjusted right. It's not quality foam filling. The pillow came with bushels of stuffing in it. It was hard as a rock. I now have removed about 75% of the filling and it still isn't comfortable. I like the outside cove so I may end up filling it with better memory foam.

This pillow is exactly as how it is described. Very firm. I bought this for back support on my couch. It does what I wanted it to do, firm for my back and the zippered pillow case matches the size of the pillow perfectly.
