The clock works as expected, but we snapped part of it off. Fine, our fault, we'll contact the manufacturer to see about getting a new part. It simply won't work with that part in that state. The problem is that Amazon has no method for us to message "Rocam", and Rocam doesn't seem to even have a website. Rocam, if you're listening, it's a fine clock, we just need the replacement part. Happy to give 5 stars if you can make your customer support more accessible and visible. UPDATE: Yelaw, aka ROCAM, has reached out and is actively working with me to resolve the issue. Since my real dissatisfaction was about customer support, and not the product itself, I'm changing my rating to 5 stars.

The bed shaker part doesn't last. We have had a couple of these now because they actually wake up my kids, but they don't last.

Finally succumbed to a vibrating alarm clock. Works great. The alarm features are easy to use, also, much easier than my previous clock. Wakes me up easily.

Hi I bought an alarm clock similar to this one exactly like one I had previously owned, but when I turned up the volume the alarm didn’t match the volume sound. So it was broken I had to return it. I bought this one because it’s similar but a different brand. I set it up and I noticed with this one the sound gradually gets louder and it actually worked and I think its louder than the other one, actually. And I can’t wake up to any normal alarm I need this one because I’m a heavy sleeper and once I’m asleep I sleep through anything and for long periods of time. So I can’t wake up without an alarm this loud. Plus the vibration should help too I put it under my pillow. There’s cool settings easy to use on the back where I can pick to set my alarm for mon-fri which is perfect because those are the days that I work. It doesn’t seem super durable so if you get this alarm clock I would suggest taking good care of it like not dropping it or stuff like that. It looks fragile but that doesn’t take away the fact that it actually works. And if you need an alarm clock to wake you up this one will so the trick. Try it!! Thank you.

I have not found any of the comments on the 1 star reviews to be true or applicable to this clock. For me it's seriously loud and the vibrator is powerful on the highest setting and shakes the pillow very well even if placed under the pillow within the pillowcase. If it continues to function like this, no complaints whatsoever. I will mention that other reviews claim that it's too light in weight and not always stable on a bedside cabinet. This is true, but no issue at this point. I can give it an easy 5 stars and recommend it for heavy sleepers.

I am hearing impaired and need a vibrating alarm clock. Anytime my bedroom curtain brushed against the plug for this clock, it unplugged just enough to stop operating. I can't move the clock because it needs to be near the bed for the vibration. I added batteries, and the clock did not operate at all. Yes, I tried several sets of new batteries. This was a waste of money.

Only thing that can wake up my grandson! He’s not late anymore because of this! It’s fantastic!
