This ashtray is great. The lid stays shut. The light is bright for quite some time. But after using for a while, the light goes very dim. That's the only downfall to this.And I don't know if there's a way to change the battery or light bulb.I'm not sure, but it just seems easier just to buy a new one

Good quality and works great so far. Only one little issue, because I put it in front of a vent, when the air conditioner is working, the air will blow up some smell even the lid is closed.

Works as stated the only thing I don't care for is that the light can't be turned off no need for it during the day. Also just know that it unscrew from the bottom and when emptying it can make a bit of a mess. I

This ashtray is awesome. I bought it because I needed one that was easy to open and easy to clean. The reviews stated that it was easy to clean. They got it right. I am completely satisfied with it. The ashtray emits no odor and closes securely, preventing smoke from escaping. It is a very good investment if you need a good car ashtray. It outperforms any of the others I've had.

The light didn't work upon receipt of the item. There are no instructions in or on the box and I couldn't figure out a way to find the battery to see if that was the issue. Troubleshooting tips during the return process suggest referring to the User Manual to replace the battery or light but THERE IS NO USER MANUAL, I even looked online to see if the manufacturer has one available separate from the product package but no luck. Good grief.

Good ship; Product is Not; R&D. This is Not a Real ashtray. Barely a 1 cig. holder. Into an open can w/ a mirror? Way... down on the bottom. Cute. {The Entire cigarette will fall In} The lite is well built in however; Lights horizontally /Not down-into- the Can. That's what it-is. In Your Face. Again; Bad design /distraction. Nice flip on the lid, but you missed a lot. Finished Thought. You even have to look and THink; Easy-Open? Direct Open? Quick open? No

I wasn't sure about this car ashtray - I've used others before and meh - whatever. The light didn't work from the jump but I'm fine with that. What mattered to me was the design of the ashtray. Totally keeps the mess and odor down. You can have lit ashes in the ashtray - shut the top and done. No worries.
