Leaves my hair smooth and shiny. As others have noted, I wear it inside-out so the silkiest side touches my hair. I ordered the large because I have a big head and often cannot tolerate hats, headbands etc but this is light enough that I find it comfortable. My shoulder-length hair fits with room to spare.

Love the colors. I've ordered the blue and pink so far. My hair goes to the back of my shoulder blades so I ordered an XL in both to holdmy hair all in. I've akways woke up with frizzy, unruly hair. Not anymore. I wear it every night, super comfortable and it ties underneath so it won't fall off. Even after I blow dry my hair I'll wear it to smooth and tame my hair while I apply makeup. My hair is breaking a lot less and I don't have to use all my heat tools on it for styling away the frizz/unruliness.

Exactly as advertised. The little "tails" make it seem like a tied scarf...you could likely get away with wearing outside in a "bad hair day". The tails also serve as "pulls" to position scarf/cap on head. The NAVY color is a delicious, rich royal blue, with "life" ...due to the real silk sheen. YES, it IS real silk. The large size is PLENTY of room for longer hair. No issues. I love it.

I ordered a navy extra large and got a teal cap of unknown size but it doesn't seem particularly big. It was not at all as I expected as I had seen a similar item in a YouTube video and this was the link provided. This one has elastic around most of the item except for the forehead band and there weird, mostly useless pieces of extra cloth in the back that apparently are just to look like ties. These things are too short to really do anything and the rest of the item doesn't do much to contain your hair, let alone protect it while sleeping unless it's not very long. I out my hair in a loose bun and wrapped it and it is not really protected this way at all. The whole item feels cheap and of minor use. I also do not think it is really silk.

I was hesitant when the articles and trends pointed to a silk night cap. I originally thought it was meant for people with a specific hair type, but I was so wrong!! I love wearing my cap each night. I don’t get hair caught in my face, I don’t overheat anymore, and when I wake up the next morning my hair is without frizz, kinks, or tangles. I highly recommend this for all hair types, although it is great for us people rediscovering our curly/wavy hair. I highly recommend!

I've bought this silk hair cover before and the first one was perfect in fit and fabric, real silk and very comfy. This one however, was polyester, very cheap, tight, and tissue thin. Waste of money and came with a hole in it. Don't waste your money.
