Just received and immediately used this Steam cleaner to remove mildew on our shower grout. The cleaner heated up quickly and performed nicely, cleaning the mildew in the shower ... as well as created a nice steam sauna for me... :-). The Gautye is a pretty well-made/designed product and will apparently last for many years of use. Very pleased with the follow up service responses to my questions on the unit. Well worth the price.

This handheld steam cleaner works very well and feels solidly built. It heats up quickly and produces strong steam, making it effective for cleaning grease, dirt, and tough stains. The long nozzle is especially useful for reaching tight spaces and corners. The hose and handle are comfortable to use, and the unit is easy to set up right out of the box. Overall, it’s a practical and powerful tool for home cleaning tasks and delivers good performance for its size.

Fantastic product, quick, set up and easy to use with all of the attachments. One thing I do have to mention is that it did not work directly out of the box, prompting me to contact customer support. With that said, the customer support agent was extremely helpful and was able to send me a replacement at no charge since it appeared that it had gotten damaged in shipping causing the issue I was having. No issues with the replacement, and everything is working as it should be. The only real con that I have is that emptying the water storage after use can be difficult, given the attached hose, otherwise no issues.

Powerful little workhorse! Wow! I have a cream colored grout throughout my entire house in Florida. Of course it looked great when we first moved in. After being here 4 years the dirt starts to show in the high traffic areas. The cream colored grout throughout grout turns brown. Really diminishes the look of the floor. I decided to give this steamer a try as it had decent reviews and the price was great. I’m very pleased. It comes with a lot of attachments that I will try later for other cleaning jobs. Right now I just wanted to clean my floor grout. You can see from my photos the grout is clean and looks like NEW! I tried my best to capture a video. I’m using a “V shaped” scrub brush I bought to clean corners an it worked great to scrub my ground lines. There are brushes to attach to this steam cleaner but my system worked easier and faster in my opinion. My system? Steam the grout to wet it, then steam and BRUSH it. Lastly, use the steam to blow out all of the dirt. Then you can towel dry the area or mop it and let it air dry. I also used a fan to speed up the floor drying process. I only needed to run the steamer on level 1. It has 3 levels of power. No cleaning products or solutions are required. Just water! The entire area in my photos was cleaned with this steamer. All of the grout was dirty like my BEFORE photo. Very pleased!

Works great, easy to use, did well with long periods of cleaning, it is small but powerful so it’s not ideal for large area cleaning jobs, but it shines when it comes to detailing, it is lightweight and the cord and hose have good reach so most of the time I was able to avoid having to hold the main machine while cleaning, it was very easy to follow the instructions to contact the company to get the replacement heads since after a while the attachments do require replacing, it is a very affordable machine and has been very worth the price, I have used it at least 10 times sometimes for 4-5 hours straight with very little breaks so it definitely seems to be a tough durable machine, I highly recommend this machine it has become a regularly used addition to my cleaning supplies!

Bought this steam cleaner mainly for general home cleaning and it does the job well. It heats up fairly fast and the steam output is consistent. The handle feels comfortable to hold and the hose length is decent. I also use it occasionally for tougher cleaning tasks and car interior cleaning, and it works well for that too. The accessories are simple but useful. Overall, it’s a solid product for the price and works as expected.

This is a great little machine! Easy to assembled. Comes with lots of attachments. First chore I used it on was cleaning the grate on my Komodo grill. It did an excellent job of removing all kinds of burnt on stuff from years of use. Next chore was the grout on the kitchen floor tile. I only did a small section to see how it would do. I did extra with bleach and plan to also try some grout cleaner to determine which works best, but it did a great job of removing years of foot traffic dirt and the grout looks new again. Holds a decent amount of water so that refilling will not be that frequently. The handle does get pretty warm so be sure to wear the supplied rubber gloves or some other type. Really satisfied with this product.
