I have reacted badly to protein powders before - gas and indigestion but this one is easy on the gut, I am reporting after 7 uses I was also wildly surprised by just how mild the sweetening is - I have tasted MonkFruit based products before and they taste horribly sweet. I took a leap of faith when i ordered this - only first going by the "gut friendly" reviews and am so relieved the over bearing sweet taste is not present It also doesn't have a mild chocolate - mixed with protein taste but here's how I avoid it (although its mild you may not even need to) : I empty two lids of rolled oats in a ceramic/glass bowl and add water a little above the oat level --> microwave until i see the oats rising --> let it cool down for around 5 mins --> mix one pouch (24g protein) and mix (it mixes well) --> add 2 spoons of peanut butter sweetend with dates --> banana and other fruits

Seller is selling sample products which are not for sell. And they are charging heavy price on sample products top. One sample sachet is sold for almost Rs.180.00.

Not as good as the dark chocolate version. It tastes slightly bitter and it would not fit with water, perhaps with milk or almond milk for the consistency of tasting like cappuccino. The protein intake might still do its job, but if the taste is sub-par, the costing should disproportionately not be as high.

The cappuccino flavor tastes smooth and not too sweet. Mixes well, no lumps, and gives a solid 24g of protein per scoop. Good for daily workouts and recovery.
