Yes, this is the correct adhesive back card for that model of printer.

Q: Are these plastic-backed adhesive cards?, paper backed won´t work with zebra zxp series3

These are the Mylar backed, not paper. You should not have a problem using them rather than paper backed. I use them in a Fargo printer.
